Hi I’m Hazel!
I am an international performer and have 20 years experience as a leader and facilitator, business owner and educator.
I work globally in organisational, social and community development and as an education consultant. Coaching is an integral part of my work and I have led meaningful change in organisations around the world through listening, understanding and responding to different cultural perspectives and circumstances. The diversity in my background offers a unique and creative lens to my coaching practice with the ability to look outside the box and to connect to the bigger picture. Resilience and self-motivation have been key in my own career progression and, as a professional musician, I am a natural communicator, able to connect with people and build an authentic rapport.

Approach
In our fast paced world, time and space to think and be listened to are seen as a luxury, whether in the workplace or in our personal lives. I argue that this is a necessity.
I offer a non-judgemental and unbiased space to be actively listened to. Through incisive questions, and an agreed degree of challenge and feedback, I work with my clients to achieve their goals in their own way, tending only to their agenda.
I encourage an openness to explore and connect to values, meaning and purpose, daring to challenge our assumptions and beliefs. Whether working with Directors, C-Suite level clients, individuals, entrepreneurs or creatives, it is at a transpersonal level that I see truly authentic growth. This has led to life changing and sustainable change for my clients, whoever they may be.
